SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates issued by Rexx allow for secure, encrypted Connections over the InterNET and work with any ISP. "Encryption" All Certificates issued by Rexx are SSL version 3 and use an md5 Signature Algorithm with RSA Encryption. The certificates contain a unique Encryption Key with X509v3 Extensions. (Netscape Cert Type 0x40) The exact number of bits in the Encryption key will depend on and be determined by your browser. "Personal Certificate " The personal certificate is installed in your web browser and contains an Encryption key, your name and other identifying information which allow you to conduct secure SSL communications on the network from your browser. One-Year Personal certificates issued by Rexx cost $19.95 Please note that a credit card is REQUIRED for this transaction, as it's Validity is the basis for our issuing the certificate in your name. For users of Netscape products the installation is automatic, just click on the Netscape icon and fill out the form. Users of other browsers should first check the manual for your software to be sure that X509 (SSL v3) personal certificates are supported. If they are, you can fill out the application form and download the resulting key.
