Connections over the InterNET and work with any ISP.
The Site certificate is installed in a web server on the network and contains Information that identifies the company operating the web server to SSLv3 enabled Browsers, and an RSA encryption key. Site certificates issued by Rexx will work in any SSL capable http daemon that supports PEM style certificates. (Including Apache-SSL.)
